One of the first lessons Dana Gray learned while growing up in a family of multi-generational entrepreneurs was that “if you take care of your customers, they’ll take care of you.” Her dedication to client care, plus her compassion, tenacity, and spirit have helped her become a top-producing, award-winning real estate professional and a 5-star agent across Zillow and Google. Even more meaningful to Dana is the consistent feedback she hears directly from her clients about the ease and confidence they experience when in her care. Her motto is "client relationships first, sales second," as she guides her buyers and sellers through the process, focused on providing exceptional customer service at every step. “Working alongside Dana is like having a friend, counselor, and cheerleader rolled into one dynamic agent.” Before her real estate career, Dana was an entrepreneur, girl scout leader of 7 years and worked for the governor of California. Dana founded Gray Group Real Estate in 2022, after earning nearly every major award at one of the biggest brokerages in the world. Dana's talent and enthusiasm and specialized designations pair perfectly with many clients, including first-time and move-up buyers, downsizing retirees, luxury buyers, and sellers who want their homes to shine!
